Britain is providing "green loans" to encourage environmentally friendly building .
The British government launched a plan to provide so-called "green loans", which loans money to fund the redesign of houses to make them more environmentally friendly and consume less energy and drain on natural resources.
Comes this type of loan after it spread in the UK homes and green buildings, which are those of housing, environmentally friendly and compatible with the requirements of energy saving and preserving the surrounding environment, but these loans remains unique of its kind in the world as it has never fired any State of this kind of loans. Featuring large windows wrapping green houses and scattered throughout the house, to allow access to a sufficient amount of air and sun into the house, either the roof of the house, it must be high to store a greater amount of air to cool the house and thus reduces energy consumption.
Must also take into account the presence of condoms in the walls so as not to heat up or cool to within the home. It also houses the green colors reflect heat and uses the material has been re-Tdorha to reduce the damage to the environment.
As for the loan residential green, it is a turn in economic terms and conditions of the environment home green, the more enabling the homeowner to provide energy and showed a reduction in the bills, and reduced greenhouse gas emissions, he succeeded in overcoming barriers to the cost of installation and the transfer of his normal to the house of a friend of the environment and reduces the cost of electric bills worth 380 pounds a year.
The British Government looks through the green plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from households increased by 29% by 2020, and if the material encouraging citizens to convert their homes into green homes, it would also provide 65 thousand jobs by the next decade. Despite the dark economic picture experienced by the British economy is that the next decade that seems to have caused the green, as they will be installing a green six million homes by 2015, aimed at the government in 2020 to provide financial support to seven million homes to upgrade its standards on the environment
countries like malaysia which are located in tropical regions have even more to gain from this "green building" concept. This is due to the fact that there is abundant sunshine and rainfall in these regions.moreover,a lot of money is spent annually on energy for cooling homes and offices in these regions due to the characteristic high temperature experienced in these places. The governments in these regions should promote, encourage and support "green building" initiatives as a form of savings in energy budget. These initiatives should include, among others, rain harvesting, installation of solar power in homes and incorporation of large windows in the building construction to allow access to a sufficient amount of air to cool the house thus reducing energy consumption on manufacture and use of air conditioner. This approach to building construction will go a long way in reducing the huge amount of money spent annually on energy to power our homes. This,in turn, will reduce the greenhouse emission and carbon footprint resulting from the use of buildings in these regions.
ReplyDeleteI do agree with what Kosi has said on the promotional of green building concept in malaysia. As for your information, the malaysian government has establish the green building council task with grading those green building in malaysia. there are diffrent category of green building index awarded to those green building. you can refer to this web http://www.mgbc.org.my/ for more information.
ReplyDeleteAlthough the response currently is slow due to the huge investment cost in building those green building. However it should be noted that the government is currently providing incentive to those developers who actually build these kind of green building and hopefully by those incentives given it will be more popular in Malaysia.
The Ministry of Green Technology, Energy and Water is managing the incentives while Pusat Tenaga Malaysia, PTM which owns the first green building in Bangi,Malaysia will be doing the monitoring works.More info can be obtained from www.kettha.gov.my
It's very amazing program.any country start this plan will be succesful in the future when the source of energy will vanish.the power goverment will be smart country which thinked about that day,and perevent from wasting.
ReplyDeleteIn today’s world of climate change and high energy prices, it is critical that buildings use as few fossil fuels (including coal generated electricity) as possible to “futureproof” the home against unpredictable and rapidly rising prices.
